SPECIAL IN-KIND PRICING
Once a proposal is created, the school will receive a discount off of the retail price in the form of an “in-kind grant”. This benefit will remain over the course of the five year agreement. Additional instruments may be obtained by the school using additional purchases or lease/purchase agreements over the five year term agreement. Price changes may apply.
Over 900 professional musicians and educational clinicians are part of Conn-Selmer’s Artist and Clinician Program. Over the course of the agreement, Conn-Selmer will provide stipends to help subsidize the use of clinicians or guest artists for your program. The Conn-Selmer roster of educational clinicians offers a variety of topics for in-service support. Some topics include: Rehearsal Techniques, Parents, Administrators and Directors Working Together, Classroom Management and Organization. SCHOLARSHIP(S) TO CONN-SELMER INSTITUTE*
Since 1997, Conn-Selmer Institute has been the preeminent event focused on music education. Held annually in Mishawaka, Indiana, sessions are focused on recruitment techniques, retention blueprints, student engagement and motivation as well as many other topics not typically covered in the collegiate education atmosphere. The Institute is designed to address the unique needs of educators ranging from college students to veteran teachers and administrators.
COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES RECEIVE ACCESS TO THE COLLEGE SAMPLER PROGRAM
This program allows institutions to use Conn-Selmer student instruments for their method classes for a one year period. Each school year, instruments can be replaced AT NO CHARGE during the five year term of the agreement.
